Fandom name: Robin Schulz – OK (feat. James Blunt) (Official Music Video) (That may not be the exact fandom name once I check the wrangling guidelines, but it should be close enough.)
Medium: Music video
A summary: A priest goes to the local memory erasing clinic to remove the memories of one person in particular.
Content warnings: A technician creeps on intimate memories of someone who didn't consent to it.
Why you like it: This is an opportunity for some fantastic worldbuilding. I'm so curious about how common memory removal is and what other sci-fi aspects this world holds. Watching the memories break down was so good, and I really like how much of Simona's personality comes through and how strongly the breakdown of their relationship comes across.

It's only 3 minutes, 36 seconds, so it's also a very quick watch!

I'm just gonna copy over my fffx promo.

Title: Xenoblade Chronicles 3

Media: Video Game (Nintendo Switch)

Approx length: howlongtobeat.com gives an average of about 62 hours, noncompletionist

Where to find it: The usual places one might get switch games; otherwise you can find let's plays and walkthroughs on youtube. (Don't watch the cutscene compilation videos only, they don't give the full story.)

What is it, in summary?: It's a game about a world embroiled in a neverending war between the two nations Agnus and Keves. Six soldiers, three from each side, end up being outcasts from both nations after a special mission goes wrong and they embark on a quest to find the truth behind their world and the war plaguing it.

What do you love about it?: The characters and the way they play off each other is so good. All six of the main characters are incredible and form one of the best JRPG parties I've ever seen. I'm particularly enamoured with the main character Noah and the way he intersects with a certain other character—but unfortunately I can't say anything about that because it's a massive spoiler. You'll know which one I mean when you get there though.

What sort of things are you likely to request for it?: All things Noah and the aforementioned mystery character. I just want all the fics for them; or honestly just with them as solo characters.

Are there sections of canon (rather than the whole canon) that can be consumed by themselves to fulfil your requests, or that showcase particular characters and relationships?: Unfortunately the main story can't be sectioned off like that, but you can safely skip the DLC (I didn't like it much and will DNW it anyway) as well as pretty much all side content. (It's well worth doing! but mostly not relevant to my requests.) Playing the first two games gives some additional context but is also not required.

Content notes: The game has a teen rating and thus features a somewhat sanitised depiction of war, but it's still a violent setting and death and grief are major themes of the narrative.

[From my FFFX promo post last year!]

Title: Dr. Stone

Medium: Anime (3 seasons now!). (I plan to nominate this version because it might be easier to get into, but it's faithfully adapted from the manga. If preferred, I can help you find that as well!)

Where to find it: Crunchyroll

What is it, in summary? You know how sports anime use sports as a plot device/goal/conflict that they can then build all their character development around? And likewise for cooking anime, card game anime, etc? This is like that... but with SCIENCE! The main character wakes up in a post-apocalyptic future, and sets out to use his scientific know-how to rebuild all of civilization from scratch.

What do you love about it? The science bits are clearly explained and feel educational (?). The main character is a larger-than-life genius who acts like he only cares about Science and Rationality but secretly wants to help everyone (my favorite trope!). The plot moves rapidly and goes in unexpected directions.

Content Warnings: Civilization has collapsed and all humans have been turned to statues. There is some violence and bloodshed. Despite it all, the vibes are quite positive and forward-moving.

Fandom Name: Sex Therapy - Cathexis (Webcomic)
Medium / Where to find the canon: Webcomic at https://www.cathexis.world/sextherapy
Content Warnings: NSFW
What I love about it: Porn with feelings. So much chemistry. Gorgeous artwork.

The (free-to-read, uncensored BL) webcomic focuses on sex therapist Dr. Elliot Graham and two of his lovers, Andreas Hughes and Haruto Nakamura (pictured above). Elliot is very sexually adventurous and has many lovers, who he is transparent about. Andreas and Haruto are each starting to develop feelings, though, and things are getting interested as the two of them have recently started interacting in canon...

BIG OT3 potential along with lots of lovely/sexy M/M(/M) tropes throughout the comic!

Fandom: Triangle Strategy
Medium: Video game (available on Steam for Windows, and Nintendo Switch)
Summary: War erupts between three fantasy nations, and the player protagonist gets to make a lot of choices and fight a lot of tactics battles to decide the fate of the continent.
Content warnings: Fantasy racism, war and death

Why I like it: I like it for a lot of reasons, but what I'm requesting for FIAB is Avlora/Cordelia, which I made a guide to if a F/F enemies to lovers loyalty kink ship sounds interesting to you! They're a smaller part of the game, but I do still really like most aspects of the game. I really enjoyed the tactical battles, and the way that the diverging routes work.

Who I would recommend the game to: People who like JRPG tactics games like Fire Emblem or Tactics Ogre

Who I would NOT recommend the game to: People who find long cutscenes with lots of dialogue boring
