Last Day of Signups Things!

Signups close at 11:59pm EST tonight, in under 8 hours!

We aren't going to get to checking all the signups before signups close so as a general reminder of things to check! (We will check before assignments go out though and these will be things we look for!)

• Make sure you're open to gifts! I will be checking!
• You must have at least one word indicating something you like in every request. This must be on every request or linked to. If you link to a letter to fill this requirement it must have general likes or something for that fandom.
• You cannot use DNWs to railroad your creator into a specific prompt.
• Your DNWs must be reasonable and enforcable. This includes making sense with your request.
• If you opt into mediums using your optional details please make sure these are clear and are something we've approved as a medium tag! If you opt in broadly and have limits to that, your limits need to be crystal clear!

Medium Matching

• If you would like to guarantee matching on a medium please email us (ficinaboxmod@gmail.com)!
• Make sure to give us the AO3 name you signed up with
• Method 1: Make yourself matchable to all your possible recips, and then in your email let us know the mediums you'd like to match on. We will double check the match AO3 gives you to make sure they're still requesting one of those mediums.
• Method 2: Make yourself matchable to the people you want to match with, then let us know the people you'd like to match to and the fandoms/mediums you'd like to create for them. We will make sure you match with one of the people you list as long as their request still matches what you wanted to offer.

Other Stuff

• Late nominations are open for just over an hour and a half longer! Make sure to nom anything you need!

Hello, how do we say we're open to gifts? Or do we only specify if we're not open to them? Thank you!

This is about the setting on AO3, not anything you need to include! On AO3 go to Preferences then Collections, Challenges and Gifts, then make sure "Allow anyone to gift me works." is checked.

If you aren't a new account you should be okay but new accounts have that unchecked automatically.
