Thank you for all the nominations! And especially thank you to anyone who has pointed out any mistakes! We have a few things to cover including reminders, clarifications, mistakes we've made, requests for input on a few different mediums, questions about All Media Types nominations, and requests for either clarification or fixing of other nominations.

Reminders

Please Disambiguate your noms! All nominations need to be in the format of "Character/Character (Fandom)" or "Solo: Character (Fandom)" or "Solo: Ambiguous Group (Fandom)". I realize that last one seems silly, but it's to try to avoid messing up other exchanges due to how the tagsets are coded.
Seriously please disambiguate.
If you're in a large fandom, please check here to make sure you're submitting to the correct place.

Clarifications

You will be allowed to create works that fill any number of your recips requests. You are allowed to stick with just the fandom/pairing you matched on, but as long as you are fulfilling any of your recipient's requests you do not have to.
Treats to qualify for the Triple Crown do not have to be for the same person. As long as you submit sum of 10k or equivalent of works that could have qualified as part of an assignment (so it needs to hit a recipient's fandom/pairings, needs to be either 1k+ fic or an opted into medium/length, and needs to not include dnws) to the exchange, it can be split between as many works/people/requests as you want.
We've been getting a lot of "Any" and "Creator's Choice", type noms. These are absolutely allowed, but keep in mind that when you request one of these it's like hitting "Any'' on a tagset of characters, except the tagset is your creator's mind. You cannot, for example, request "[canon male character]/Creator's Choice of Character" and then dnw m/m. Make sure anything that's important to you is within the tag.
You may nominate more specific versions of opt-ins which are already in the tagset! Since these tags aren't matching, the only requirements are the four indicated on this page.

Things we messed up!

If you nominated The Locked Tomb this afternoon, we accidentally deleted your nominations! It was absolutely nothing you did wrong, we just decided to make that fandom's disambiguations more consistent and there was an very unfortunately timed press of an enter key. We're really sorry! Please give us your Locked Tomb nominations again, and if we locked up your noms page we'll be happy to manually input any other nominations you have.
A couple of people had their Witcher TV nominations rejected in error. If you nominated Witcher TV, please check your noms page and if they were rejected (and are not duplicates) please let us know so we can enter those for you!

State of things

As of right now the only things that should have been rejected are duplicates that are already in the tagset. If anything else was rejected, that was an accident and you should let us know. We will not reject non-duplicates without posting them here unless they break another non-format-or-fandom-related rule.
If you nominated Star Wars crossovers under Crossover Fandom, those have been moved to Star Wars AMT
If you've let us know about things that need fixed in the tagset, fixing those is my next thing to do after this post. Thank you for all the corrections! We really appreciate everyone who lets us know about any duplicates, wandering tags, or tags that have slipped into fandoms they don't belong in <3

Requests for Medium Input (24 hour time limit)

fate/Stay Night (visual novel) style Heroic Spirit status screens
- These are basically four profile pages with both writing and art on each, including a full body and a couple 3/4ths images. Like this: 1 2 3 4 (and here's a template the fandom uses).
- We have a few options for this but we'd like some feedback on what wordcount seems fair. After talking it over with the nominator we landed on 2k equivalent for a set with the template and 3k equivalent without a template (based on other equivalents including comics) so if no one else weighs in that will be what we go with.
Maps!
- We absolutely want to have maps in. However, properly done maps take a lot of work and research so they're going to have to be worth more than a normal image. After talking it over with someone who makes fandom maps, we were thinking to make a normal effort map equivalent to 2k. If you had other thoughts we would like input.
Animatics
- Animatics are essentially animated storyboards. They tend to be fairly sketchy on the art side but are animated and often set to music. They are also a ton of work!
- Our plan right now is to treat them sort of as comics, with five "frames" counting for 1k (with frames being images that may or may not share the same background/scene but have differing foreground positions). In this case we would be relying on the honor system with the creator telling us in the author's note how many frames are in their animatic.
- It was also suggested to do them based on time, but due to the varying lengths and timing of these frames seemed more fair.
- If you have made animatics before, please give an opinion! It's difficult to judge without knowing the time and effort needed.
In-Universe Newspaper Front Page
- My current plans on this are as follows, but feel free to give thoughts if you think it should be different.
- Full illustration front pages get treated as an art, 1 image = 1k
- Large illustrations and articles get treated as 1k + wordcount
- Tiny images and articles or only text gets treated as wordcount with a 1k minimum
In-Universe AO3 Based Fanfic Exchange
- I'm making someone who isn't me figure out the equivalents for this!
- It's been suggested to do wordcount for everything written and also password to fake exchange account so it can be revealed at the same time if anything was actually posted to it. Which I will accept.
Twine
- We've talked with a couple of people who have made Twines and it appears there is a range of how much of a burden the code actually is. Due to that our options are to either count it just as wordcount, or to have it as honor system for the creator to self report for very complicated coding (such as a twine that remembers past decisions despite merging branches) for +500 words to their actual entered words.
- If anyone has made these and has input, it would be appreciated.

Tags which will be rejected if not changed:

Cloud Strife (FFVII/Dissidia/Kingdom Hearts)/Squall Leonhart (FFVIII/Dissidia/Kingdom Hearts) - This is too vague. You need to either specify which version is / which version, or specify which version you want in which universe. FFVII/Dissidia can stay together on whichever you decide but not with Kingdom hearts also in the same disambig. (But thank you for disambiguating!)

Both tags with Wolf Link in Twilight Princess - We were split on if this should stay as is or should be just Link with the wolf part as an optional detail. We'd like some more input before we make a decision.

Fandoms which we will merge if not given input:

High Noon Over Camelot - The Mechanisms (Album) is already in the tagset but The Mechanisms (Band) was just nominated. We aren't sure if we need to merge them into the Band one, have the Band nominations into another Album, or leave as is.
Arthurian Mythology & Related Fandoms is in nominations and Arthurian Mythology is in the tagset. Is there any reason that these shouldn't be merged into Arthurian Mythology?
Archie Comics, Archie Comics Reboot (2015), and Archie Comics & Related Fandoms are all in the tagset. Can these be merged and given specific disambiguations or are they distinct enough that you would like them to remain separate? We would like to merge at least two of them.

Fandoms which we will actually let stay where they are but wanted to make sure you really wanted All Media Types. If you ask for something AMT, please remember that you may get a work based on any medium in that fandom, including the most obscure.

Fandoms that must be renominated in other fandoms

The Vampire Diaries & Related Fandoms - The Vampire Diaries (TV) is already in the tagset. These nominations need to be changed to either the books or the TV fandom. If not told by the deadline, we will assume books.
The Witcher - We need this to be in the TV, book, or videogames section. If not given any input as to which fandom this should be, we'll assume you were affected by the Witcher TV mess-up listed upthread and will move these to Witcher TV.

Disambiguation reminder

Please Disambiguate your noms! All nominations need to be in the format of "Character/Character (Fandom)" or "Solo: Character (Fandom)" or "Solo: Ambiguous Group (Fandom)". I realize that last one seems silly, but it's to try to avoid messing up other exchanges due to how the tagsets are coded.
If you don't disambiguate, you will be having us manually disambiguate for you early in the nominations period. You don't want that! This can lead to errors which could potentially lock up your nominations page! The way mods manually add disambiguations involves a very small box and a lot of copy pasting repetitively for hundreds of nominations, errors are bound to occur.
If you don't disambiguate closer to the end of nominations (or if the one mod who is willing to add them gets too busy to do so) your noms will be rejected.
