For "WB: Train Car Creation" do you want the actual physical construction of train cars (like, the manufacturing)? Or are you interested in something else, like whatever social/political stuff results in there being a Library car, a Casino car, etc?
"WB: Long-Term Train Passengers" would be a Solo: tag. Or, we could add something about what kind of worldbuilding you want about long-term train passengers, such as "WB: Logistics Of Long-Term Train Passengers" or "WB: Daily Life Of Long-Term Train Passengers" or some other, similar tag.
"WB: Public Response To Proximity Heists" and "WB: Valuables Stolen By Proximity Party" are both wonderful tags, I'll get those in for you!
