Not a mod, but it could be this part of the nomination guidelines (https://ficinabox.dreamwidth.org/60280.html):
Please properly capitalize all of your tags, otherwise we have to either fix thousands of tags ourselves or reject them.

Correct capitalization: Firstname Lastname/Original Female Ship Technician (A Space Fandom)
