Her name doesn't seem to be given in the main books, but in a side story she says "Call me Babs" so her name is probably Barbara Secretan.
However, there might be people into the fandom who wouldn't know who that is. I think Kim's Sister-in-law is probably easier, despite her having a name in bonus material.
