Do you have any specific ones you're wanting to figure out? Star Wars is such a sprawling mess that working out a number for some specific ones is probably easier than trying to figure out all of it (since new ones could still be nominated).
As a general rule of thumb things that are intended to be in the same continuity would be grouped (such as canon, or the kotor/swtor games), and the broader legends tagset fandoms (like legends books) would only count once per tagset fandom. AMT would depend on the requests.
