I'll add an explanation for the big umbrella ones, so that hopefully it doesn't confuse more people! We unfortunately ran out of time to set up explanations/examples for every medium so that's a next year goal but if you have any specific questions I'm happy to answer! For those ones in specific:
Length Opt-In: Any Nominated Fanfiction Opt-In - This means that you're opting into anything with a "Length Opt In" prefix that only applies to fanfiction. So for example you're opting into "300 minimum words per fic" and "Double Drabble", but not into "One Poem Minimum of Any Nominated Style of Poetry". If any other length opt ins are added that don't apply to fanfiction (for example "One Gif") then those also wouldn't be included in this length opt in. For the purposes of this exchange, fanfiction means narrative prose of the type that you usually see gifted in exchanges.
Length Opt-In: Any Nominated Opt-In - For this one you are opting into every opt in with a "Length Opt-In" prefix, which may include mediums other than fanfiction. If you choose this then it's assumed you're also opting into those other mediums.
In-Universe RPF - This is just RPF about characters within the universe of the fic framed as if it were created by a character in that universe. For example character in Star Wars writing RPF about Leia. Depending on the prefix this could fall under a few different rulesets.
