Yes, if you select both of those things you're opting into any nominated opt-in! We'd recommend you be sure that you'd really be okay with receiving anything nominated (for instance, if you don't like audio works you might want to pick the "Any" tags that opt-in by format and skip the one that would opt you into any audio format) but opting into everything in that manner is the easiest way to leave yourself open to non-fic mediums. You also have the option of just not opting into anything and getting only fic.
