Yes! Like all of the other tags, if you opt into it, it can be your entire gift (I wanted to make it possible to partially opt in but it would be a nightmare to manage for PHs)
I should probably find a new phrasing for that type of tag to avoid that sort of confusion. Maybe just straight up "Minimum per poetry work is any single poem"
