I tried to find citable links yesterday but went down a TV tropes rabbithole instead oops.
Anyway. If I saw the tag "WB: Science that glows" in context of this fandom, I could've sworn that more than one thing glowed so I actually reread the whole graphic novel (the webcomic got taken down to be published in book form, but I did find confirmation that the novel isn't an adaptation, it's identical content, just a few early pages were redrawn for art style consistency with later pages) because I could've sworn Nimona herself talked about mad science and science that glows. Instead what I found is:
* Nimona is the only one to call anything "mad science" (or "evil plans"); everyone else discusses "science" or just uses technical terms for their more specific projects (Nimona doesn't care to learn the specifics; she finds science boring unless it can be used for villainy. So this is more characterizing than a canon classification)
* Meredith Blitzmeyer's science is acknowledged as glowing (in the page linked in the post I'm replying to)
* all the Institute's jaderoot research areas and research facility in general is drawn in a very green-glowing style that immediately came to mind from the tag but I couldn't find a single character calling it "glowing" in canon (but it feels very in character that Nimona might flippantly inquire about "your glowing science" if she'd visited that research facility under other circumstances)
With that in mind, maybe we could have two worldbuilding tags: one to the effect of "WB: Meredith Blitzmeyer's glowing device" and one to the effect of "WB: The Science of Jaderoot"
Alternately: notably, both of these canonically are (or are the result of) things originally used for magic now being studied by scientists, so we could also probably keep the effect of the single originally-nominated tag with something like "WB: science developed from magical sources"
