Hi! I have a couple questions. Sorry if these have been asked before, I looked around but couldn't find anything.

1. What does "unlined background" for art refer to? Is it a painted detailed background, or anything ranging from a simple color to something more complex?

2. If a fanvid, for example, reaches 3 minutes, would that count as a 3k word equivalent?

3. For written mediums besides fic, are we allowed to do a lower word count for them if our recip has opted into those? Or do we have to stick with their specified mediums in this post?
