Some or all of the ships you want (even if they haven't yet been requested) may be in our tagset, which is here. If some of your fandoms or ships are missing, we can add additional tags into the tagset for you so that you can sign up — just provide us with the fandom exactly as it appears in the tagset (or exactly how it should appear if new! check how it usually appears on AO3 fic), and a comma separated list of the properly formatted nominations. You can find formatting rules for characters and ships in the relationships section of this post but essentially you should be giving us lists that look like this:
