Book Cover = each "side" would be one fanart = 1k (so a front cover only = 1k) A full book jacket with front and back cover might equal 2k since the back cover often has its own art, design, and text. But I don't think full book jackets will be very popular to make. I expect most everyone will be more interested in the front cover.

Typeface Design = depends on how complete the set of characters is, I would say! I'd be okay with sketched letterforms being equivalent to 1k
But a font that is complete enough to have an actual download (e.g. uppercase, lowercase, minimal punctuation, extended Latin or alternate glyphs), and/or presented with type specimens or fleurons, would seem closer to 5k.
