You definitely don't have to worry about doing anything with your works or the tags on them for our sake, though — looking the fandom up on AO3 is just a way for us to try and skip having to ask dumb questions, like if we'd looked it up and there were 6,000 fics for it that weren't subtagged to any RPF meta tags, we'd be able to answer our own question. But your explanation was clear and it sounds like definitely a separate fandom, so we'll approve!
