How does this look for a ruleset? I stole from your wording a bit but I'm not sure I got the terminology correct in all cases. I added in an equivalent for the back of a card (the side that doesn't show info and is (usually?) standard per deck) since I know for some games those can be full illustrations as well, but if that's confusing I'll pull it and leave it at the card fronts.
I ended up leaving out the wordcount count for rewritten rules since to me it looks like in a lot of cases that would be mostly the original words with some terms/names changed out, but I can add that back in with a requirement for fully rewritten rules if you think that's what would be happening!
